It would not really break the Hero. You can already dish out insane damage with normal autoattack and lifesteal modifier.
Every time you level Divided We Stand you gain 4 meepo clones, but you lose the original Meepo.
The 4 clones have 25% of all stats the main meepo had, and no items.
When one clone dies, one clone dies.
When you have 16 clones you get the skill "TOGETHER WE STAND" which transforms all 16 into one Meepo with 500% stats of what a meepo would be at that level. He can also shoot meepolings that stack geostrike and make no penalty for dying.
Replace Alchemists AOE poison with Dragon Knights passive.
Spell Steal can now steal ANY spell, steal quas, put 3 quas, die, have 3 quas, steal something else, have 3 quas, morph everything into agi, have 3 quas, and die.
Huskars ulti now has a 4 second cd and costs 10% of your health.
Magnataurs charge is 1200 units wide, and charges for 5000 range, it instantly stuns anyone caugh for 1 second when the charge ends, they can't do anything during charge. If you use your ulti while all 5 players are stuck in your charge you get the passive "MAGNUS'S STRENGTH" which gives you 50% cleave + 50% damage, stacks with empower.
Pudges rot is now a target ability that costs x health, it makes a rotting cloud follow the target, having them lose as much health as you (direct hp removal), channeled, global range.

Scepter upgradable for Skeleton king, 20 sec cd on reincarnation, res time changed to 10 seconds.

Huh, ya know that really wouldn't be that broken.
He's easier to kill because of the lack of 30% lifesteal, but can rearm his resurrection.
But Rearm takes a shit ton of mana, so you could blow it all on Rearm and not be able to come back.

Treants new active buffs all allies on the map with a single cast. Same cooldown.
Give Invoker Blink.
Give Bloodseeker Blink.
Make Anti-Mage's blink a 6000 radius with 20 mana cost.
Invoker's Sun Strike does 1000 damage and has 600 radius and Chaos Meteor does 500 damage with a 1000 radius.
Make Bane's ultimate do 300 damage at level 1. You now have an entire teamfight worth of damage in one attack.
Give Alchemist's ult a chance to bash.
Night stalker's hunter in the night gives him permanent haste and allows him to fly over terrain
Make Spell-steal actually steal the spell, preventing the original owner from using it.
