Frost Armor can be stacked.
If Chain Frost hits a target but there's no other units for it to bounce to, the target will take the full, 7 bounce damage.
Laguna Blade and Finger of Death now deal pure damage. Outworld Destroyer's ultimate also deals pure damage.

Slark's passive Essence Shift swapped out for Riki's Smoke Screen, granting Slark a targetable slowing silence AoE in exchange for his ability to boost his AGI through auto-attacks and weaken his target in the process. Could be reworked to look like squid ink, fitting in with the aquatic theme of the sea-dwelling peoples of the Dotaverse. Being that Slark's AGI gain is rather low in comparison to other AGI heroes, likely due to Essence Shift giving him a significant boost to AGI with each hit, switching Essence Shift for Smoke Screen would require Slark to have higher AGI gain. That said the danger involved with Slark in terms of his low average AGI does have a risk-reward thing going on, wherein he confronts enemy Heroes and borrows their essences to weaken them and strengthen himself.
Honestly, that might actually nerf him. He currently balls out of control because of that passive, without it his balling capacity might as well be as large as an ant.
Zeus passive is replaced with wtf mode. (No mana costs/cooldowns)

Doom's ultimate now silences Divided We Stand, removing all Meepo clones from play and as a result, killing the primary Meepo. Axe's Culling Blade is now an Auto-Cast orb. Hand of Midas can now be used on Heroes whose health is below 250. Or the game would break by adding absolutely ANY common sense into the gameplay mechanics- When Sniper procs headshot, it deals a 20x crit and take aim only triggers if Sniper stays still for more than 3 seconds. Any and all 'flying' Heroes can now cross any terrain.

Sniper's base attack speed reduced to 3 seconds, attack damage increased to 150. Assassinate can be aimed globally, but it must have a straight line of sight with minimal obstructions. The bullet can pierce through units and trees, but the damage is reduced for every unit/tree it passes through. Cannot travel through mountains/high cliffs. Damage: 1000/1500/2000 Damage reduced per unit/tree: 10/7.5/5% Max damage reduced: 75% Morphling's movement speed is increased by 300% when in the river, and Waveform has 500% longer reach while in river. Morphling is stunned by spells such as Frostbite and Ice Blast. If a hero's intelligence is reduced below 5, that hero will be enraged and attacks the closest unit, friend or foe, until their intelligence returns to normal. Cannot be controlled during this time. Dismember actually dismembers creatures which have limbs. If Dismember doesn't kill it's target, organic units will begin to bleed profusely receiving 10% of their maximum health per second as damage and being their movement speed will be reduced to 1. When Sven uses Warcry he gets 20 seconds to think of a moral boosting sentence, after the 20 seconds a panel of judges judge the effectiveness of his Warcry related to warfare and gives it buffs accordingly. If it is super inspiring the range will be doubled for every hero and creep it hits in each further range (Including enemies and sentient forest creeps) as well as give attack speed, movespeed, armor, health and +10 in every stat. If it is the complete opposite of that it will give a negative effect to all your allies who have fallen for your dictatorship, leading to your possible downfall and the death of an ancient.
Rubick can steal passive abilities now.

Rubick's ultimate is renamed ,,Spell Borrow'' and lets him copy the last spell a hero used. With Aghanim's Scepter Rubick gains a new ultimate called ,,Spell Steal'' (It replaces ,,Spell Borrow'')that takes away the last spell a hero used and gives it to Rubick. Both spells have same duration, cooldown and will lose the spell after death.
Ogre Magi: Bloodlust replaced by Multicast Culling blade is now his ultimate. On kill, Ogre Magi says one of these lines: "Play time is OGRE!" "You were ogre the line!" "Your life is OGRE!" etc. etc.
Sniper's Shrapnel is replaced with Drow's Markmanship
Kunkka swaps his Tidebringer with Morphling's Waveform. As a result, Morphling loses his Escape/Initiate Q for a large Cleaving proc on his auto-attack, making it a bit harder to escape though a bit easier to strike multiple foes in a teamfight. On the flipside, Kunkka loses his Cleaving W proc, but gains the ability to move quickly and deal damage as he rushes forward, granting him the opportunity to escape or initiate.
While using Beserker's call, Axe gains a 100% chance to spin.
