Ion Shell hurts the target you put it on if it's an enemy.

Invoker's Invoke is replaced with spell-steal, which binds the spell or passive to Invoker's active Quas Wex Extort combination until he casts his ult again with the combination. As long as he has the combination out, he has that spell or passive.

I was like "this is a pretty neat skill, but it almost feels like it could do with a stun". Though in that case, Tiny would be even more disable-heavy than he currently is with his Avalanche and his reflective armour that has stun dice attached. Then again a ministun isn't as terrible as a regular stun.
Doom now lasts for 1 second but deals 3000 damage per second.
