Instead of immediately losing the stack when hitting another enemy, Fervor keeps the stacks it has accumulated as long as Troll Warlord keeps hitting enemies within a 5-second timelimit.

Towers can get the lifesteal bonus from Vladmir's Aura/Vampiric Aura.
Doombringer's Devour is now his ultimate and can be upgraded by Aghanim's Sceptre to work on enemy heroes. His Q is now a passive ability that makes his autoattacks silence a target for 0.5 seconds.
Doom can Devour towers and the Ancient.
