You can actually aim when Kunkka's ult hits.
Rocket Flare is replaced with AA's ulti. Only thing different is mana cost, it's still the Rocket Flare's.

Hey, at least dagger does something. Also, 200 damage every second for 5 secs is pretty harsh.
i thought he meant that it will deal the same amount of damage but its split up over 5 seconds instead of in one burst??????????????????????????????????????????

Sniper: Take Aim Range Bonus: 75/150/225/300 => Reworked => Range Bonus: 650/300/475/650 Active Increment: 50/65/80/100 Sniper starts off with his normal base range, but the longer he stands still the farther his range extends- up to his maximum of 1200 (at specified increments).
