i actually think a 3% chance to 1000% crit would be hilarious
Lvl 1 rocket flares has no cooldown, Battery Assault gives bonus movement and attack speed with each hit.
If meepo picks up an item with a Unique attack modifier his clones attacks also gain that modifier.
Active abilities from said item do not transfer and stats boots are reduced by the normal rate.
Sceptre upgrade, Meepos all now have their own inventory (like syllas bear)
If you use Ion Shell on an enemy target, it damages the target too, not just the surrounding enemies.

Brewmaster's ultimate summons the 3 panda warriors instead of splitting Brewmaster.
Skeleton King's ultimate requires no mana.

Kunkka's ghost ship is now a real ship. It buries foes in wreckage, has a full crew of men with swords and cannons and the rum now inebriates enemies, making them walk around tipsily instead of directly to where their player clicked.

Shadow Demon banishes you into a 1 hour long campaign through hell.
If you beat it before the game ends you return with 8 item slots, 2 aegises, a heart, SuperBoots(TM) and 5 rapiers.
Faceless Void backtrack can now be used to travel 20 seconds back in time, keeping all xp and gold, but reviving himself, healing himself, or regaining cooldown on chronosphere.
Time walk can be used to Teleport EVERYONE 10 seconds back in time, as if something never happened. (With a cooldown of 11 at level 4)
Glimpse now requires total concentration, so it is channeled, and Disruptor has to drop all earthly distractions (items) and dedicate his life to the cause.
Finger of Death now instantly makes you explode in a pile of red goo that flies a bit upwards then hits the ground, effectively turning their insides out.
Doom now DOOMS YOU for the rest of the game, cooldown 20 minutes, it means you will forever feel the sense of doom, losing 0.8 HP per second, and losing all natural regen, it will also make killing people weigh heavily on you, and you might consider committing suicide after killing 3 people in one life (30% chance) Watching 5 other nearby being slaughtered in cold blood, enemy or ally, will also make you consider this, or relive your past, effectively abandoning the game.
Kunkkas rum now runs you into a drunken stupor, you can't move straight and whenever you R it uses Q, if you use Q W E it uses R, and if you deliberately use R to use Q it uses R anyways, this drunken stupor lasts until you pass out. Kunkka himself is immune to this, and deals 300% bonus damage to drunken enemies.
Axe's Culling Blade is now a passive
Techis E is a passive with no cd or mana cost.
Their Q has no cd and there is no limit.
Sniper's ult replaced with Call Down.

Shallow grave now makes you immune to death as long as Dazzle is alive. He can't cast it on himself though.
