Pugna's ultimate is no longer a channeling ability and becomes toggleable with Aghanim's Scepter instead of having a cooldown of 0. Stay next to an enemy and press R. With a Netherward it's GG.

Tinkers Rearm works on Midas. Medusas Mana Shield absorbs all damage, instead of just reducing it. Also, it give bonus armor for every 10 points of the current mana.
Every kill that SK gets reduces the cooldown on his ultimate by 10 seconds, provided that it is currently on cooldown.

It can be upgraded by Aghanim's Sceptre to restore mana by 100 with every attack she takes. The damage absorbing is boosted to 90%. Each point of mana absorbs 3.5 points of damage. Medusa now has 4000 EHP at level 15

Furions ulti will hit the same target over and over again until it dies, then it will continue to the next target and try to kill it.

Beastmaster's Call of the Wild now summons other animals at higher levels; at level 3 it summons a swarm of Dire Squirrels (in addition to the Boar and Hawk) that attack rapidly at melee range in a group, and at level 4 the Regal Stag is summoned. The Regal Stag has a Leap ability that allows it to jump short distances similar to Mirana's Leap and Slark's Pounce, and Beastmaster himself can ride the Stag, able to Leap when doing so.

This means everything he gets stacks. Get every last hit in the game, farm Roshan and Alpha Wolves indefinitely, get every neutral ability, hero ability, spell immunity, Roshan's bashes and 9000 health. Are we broken yet?
