Invoker's EMP is so powerful it fries the PSU of the players who get caught in it.
Outworld can cast Astral Prison on any enemy affected by Disruption, and Shadow Demon can cast Disruption on any unit in an Astral Prison. When this happens, the hero caught in it is removed from the game, and two remakes of that hero come and take its place in the drafting pool. The player who gets hit by this combination of spells is removed from reality for the remainder of the game.
Abaddon's Aphotic Shield now absorbs an amount of damage equal to 18% of his maximum HP instead of a fixed amount.
Tinker's Rearm now resets the Fortification Glyph.
Timbersaw's ult gets an additional 10 points of damage applied to the initial hit and dps for each tree he destroys. This added damage is permanent.

Agh's adds 5 additional damage (which is retroactive) reduces his ult cooldown to two seconds and lowers its mana cost to a flat ten mana.

Doom can cast Doom upon himself which grants him inversed effects; he is healed by the amount of damage it would deal (with aghs and lvl4 110 per sec) and cannot be silenced by any means for the duration. With an Aghanim's Scepter this effect is permanent until cast on another target.

Wyvern is an insect and Meepo can smash things bigger than himself by jumping on them.

Not to mention the Agility you get, which actually gives you a total of 26 damage at the start of the game.
And probably by then, lets assume Level 20 because Soldier is purely broken, you'd have 86 Agility (10 from leveling up your Attribute Bonus), which means the damage would be [b]519[/b]. You'd also have 101 IAS, so your Attacks per Second would be 10.05 (Attack Interval would be ~0.099s), but I think there is a true cap to it, which I think is 0.17s. If so, you'd be dealing 3050 damage (minus the possible mini-bashes). If not, [b]5216[/b].
Of course, this is all not taking into the account of what enemy Heroes' Armor are, but given that the Soldier is so broken he could literally just level up and farm faster than any other Hero in the game (which is the point of this thread!), they'll all be dead.
Unless they somehow have sufficient amount of Armor. Like maybe over 30.
