Pudge's Hook now alters in functionality based on a special "unlevelable" subability that causes Pudge to do a small jump that keeps him in the air for half a second, before he falls and delivers a brief stun to any enemies around him. If Pudge is in the air when the Hook connects with a target, Pudge is pulled to the target location, serving as either an escape or an initiation tool depending on how it is used. Track scepter should make it no mana cost and no cooldown so you could just spam it on everyone at all times for no disadvantage, would completely fuck up invis heroes. Maybe remove the animation too so it's instant. And increase bounty slightly but maybe that'd be OP and make scepter a must have in all situations.
I dunno if it's balanced, but I think one of the perks for aghs on booty hunter should be making the debuff icon invisible to the other team, so they can't tell if they're tracked. Would be fun and devious.

Batrider's Sticky Napalm is now replaced with Sticky Honey. It has the same effects as before, as well as allowing Ursa to gain two benefits from attacking honey-covered enemies: Lifesteal and bonus damage.

Instead Aghanim's makes one auto-attack do a random of 2-5 instances of damage, as well as giving an equal amount of Fury Swipes stacks. Do I hear an Abyssal Blade?
Bounty hunter can now also hunt for snickers, twixes, mars and nut chocolate bars.

Free teleports for everyone.

Unrefined Fireblast is now stored within the Fireblast skill. Getting a Scepter and using Fireblast will change it to Unrefined Fireblast, which costs 295 more Mana as usual. Using it will [b]not[/b] activate the cooldown, and will instead raise it to 295 more Mana (making it 695 Mana), and will keep raising as you use it. After not using it for 12 / 10 / 8 / 6 seconds (depending on level of Multi-Cast), it will revert back to the normal Fireblast.

Ball lightning now costs a static 30 mana per 100 units travelled.
voodoo restoration is instead like scorched earth, it only lasts for 20 seconds but still drains each second
Voodoo Restoration is now a passive ability that heals for 48 health per second globally.
