When the main Meepo bottles a rune, all copies gain individual copies of the bottled rune as well as the bottle item and 3 charges.

alpine ursa and the defense 2 courier become even more valuable as their bonuses are greater than any other items
ursa set makes it so if he kills one person he kills every creepcamp, wave, and ancient on the map
if you use a defense 2 courier, you automatically win

Sven's Greater Cleave is now replaced with Subtraction, an auto-cast ability which upon killing a non-hero unit, spawns a Sx, and upon killing a hero unit, spawns four Sxes.
Sx has 25% of all the stats from Sven, including the items and bounty given. The voice lines are 4x higher pitch than Sven, and they can use their skills (1/4 Mana Cost and Cooldown, but 1/4 stats from their skills).

Slardar and Dazzle are now the most powerful heroes in the game, I'm ok with this.
Nyx's spiked carpace is now a toggle and can affect a hero an infinite amount of times.
Time Walk now increases your speed and attack speed by 350% while damaging nearby units 24/36/48/60 each second for 3/4/5/6 seconds.
Clinkz's Strafe, Searing Arrows and Skeleton Walk are now passive abilities. Strafe and Searing Arrows cost no mana and Skeleton Walk works like Riki's Permanent Invisibility.
Basically you can be perma invisible at level 1.
Visage's Familiars can now carry items.
Giving a Familiar an Aghanim's Scepter will allow you to spawn 1 more Familiar.
