OD Astral Imprisonment now is AoE and has no cooldown. Using it 5 times in a row make the heros break the 5th wall and come out of the screen.
Timbersaw's reactive armor will reduce your vision range to 0 with max stacks. Centaur Warrunner can now convince neutral centaurs to join his cause by standing near them for 10 seconds, bringing them under his control until they die. Bounty Hunter can now track creeps for half the bonus gold.
Centaur Warrunner's ult affects creeps. Black Hole has an infinite channel time, so it can only be stopped if Enigma is stunned. Thundergod's Wrath is now channeled, and lasts for 10 seconds, doing a global lightning strike every second.

Rubick's Aghanims has an additional upgrade: Spells stolen are kept forever, as long as you don't steal a new one or die.

Stolen spells go into cooldown until Rubick dies or forgets how to use it.
Tusk's Ice Shards now deal a 1 second stun to enemies near the shards.
Sniper's Barrage now has Hero-seeking bullets raining down that are as powerful as fountain turret projectiles and Barrage's range is global.

Bristleback now has a skill called Headbutt as his E, whilst Warpath and Bristleback are blended into one ability that, in addition to reducing damage taken from the back and sides, increases the damage of the automatic Quill Spray released when he takes enough damage, scaling with how many spells he cast recently as it usually is. Headbutt in itself is very much similar to Dragon's Tail, in that it is a single-target stun that works in melee range.

Ursa's ult does % damage for HP Damage inflicted upon you (instead of % damage for total HP) for 20 sec. after casting. [sp]Say goodbye to the crazy quads and quints, you'll only be getting massive combos as you approach low HP and can only sustain it at low HP[/sp]
Skeleton king's reincarnation can now be cast upon an ally to give them an aegis effect. Your ult will go on cooldown when they use the effect by dying. The effect can be given back to yourself. Will automatically be cast on yourself when you die.
