Shadow Word is now applied to an enemy as well if used on a team mate and vice versa, furthermore every time it's recast the effect is reapplied on all team mates and enemies who have been marked by Shadow Discussion in their current life. It also stacks (but when it applies to the team you didn't cast it on it'll always prioritize people who haven't been marked) increasing healing/damage.
Upheaval now deals damage while being channeled and the slow has damage over time. They both increase with the amount of time you've been channeling. Furthermore, once you've finished channeling/aborted the spell, the area you cast it on keeps the damage and slowdown debuff as an area effect; it lasts for 6 seconds for every second you were channeling.
Death Bonds can be cast on a team mate (one teammate per cast) that causes 20% of the damage they take to be applied to the enemy that hit them. If you cast Shadow Word on a team mate affected by Death Bonds, their healing is dealt to enemies as damage. You can recast it on affected enemies/team mates to take an extra 20% damage.
Chaotic Offering's summoning now works like Upheaval. Golems can now work as couriers. All Golems get level 1 versions of pre-buff Warlock's spells. They can use Chaotic Offering to summon Minor Golems who move at full speed but deal 25% damage and have 50% health. Each kill increases the time a Golem can survive (2 seconds for Creeps, 20 seconds for heroes). Upon the timer running out, Golems will not disappear, and instead will take 100 damage per second until they die.

Nightmare is not traded by attacking the one affected by it, but instead, it spreads. Every time someone gets nightmared due to attacking duration resets. Works on creeps.

Not really, Bane just buys necro and pushes with it, as he can wake from Nightmare.

Demonic purge works like rot. No cooldown or mana cost. hurts self. Toggable.
Leap is now global, and jumps where you click.
Stats enemies lose now are permanent.
Ult's Passive also gives true sight, so you can deward.

Scepter on Slark gives you 1800 range truesight as well as half the regen while being seen by enemy.
Scepter on Siren reduces cooldown to 30 seconds and lasts for 10 seconds.
Scepter on Magnataur makes every enemy player teleport in front of you no matter where you are.
Scepter on PL does so you can make infinite illusions.
Scepter on Bloodseeker makes range global and doubles damage done, and reduces cooldown to 40 seconds.
Scepter on Centaur Warchief reduces mana cost to zero, makes you move at 600 speed, and deals double damage and stuns for double the time.
Scepter on Anti Mage now gives him 100% magic resistance.
Scepter on Bounty Hunter now makes track have zero cooldown or manacost, as well as giving double the bounty.

When Axe kills an enemy with Culling Blade, it does AOE splash damage to enemies equivalent to the amount of HP left by his victim.
When Juggernaut kills an enemy with omnislash (Any enemy, creeps included), his jump counter is reset.

Guardian Angel now only costs 125 mana to activate, it is a toggleable spell like Leshracs ult. It costs .5% of omniknights mana per second while buffing any ally in range, including all allied creeps. Guardian Angel also has no cooldown.
Lifestealers Infest now kills allly heroes when Lifestealer bursts out of them.

When Witch Doctor throws a paralyzing cask, any hero who is not looking at it go will add 2 bounces every second they are not looking at it go. This includes allied heroes, and will apply to heroes that turn away even if the cask is in mid go.
