Meepo's ult has now been changed to a two part active that causes meepo to gain the abilities: merge and divide. Divide causes Meepo to split creating another meepo but splits stats, health pool, and mana pool equally between the Meepos created. Merge causes all Meepos to merge together adding up all current stats and pools. All meepos seperated have seperate cooldowns. Only the original Meepo gets his items with the exception of boots which each Meepo gets. Aghanim's scepter allows Meepo to create another meepo and gives all meepos an extra 50% of their base stats. To compensate for this change Meepo's base stats have been multiplied by 5.

earthshaker actually shakes the camera of everyone but himself everytime he uses a skill each echo from his ult also counts for extra shakiness, and aghs increases shake amount

Ogre Magi's multicast becomes like essence aura, it give allies near him a chance to multicast their spells equal to his own. Just imagine, it's late game, Zeus has an aghs and a refresher. He stands next to Ogre Magi and just says... "I'm feeling lucky"
timbersaw's blades deal pure damage if nature's prophet, his trees or treant protector are hit by it

Legion Commander now steals damage from the target if she wins the duel instead of the damage coming out of nowhere.

Venomancer's ult procs if he is killed. This nova deals 50% damage, but stacks with manually casted Poison Nova. All of Venomancer's poisons now stack with themselves, including Poison Sting. Refresher -> Double Nova would be pretty neat

Ogre Magi's Fireblast is no longer a single target skill and is instead a target area skill.
Abaddon's Aghanim's upgrade now forces everyone in a small area around him to attack him for the duration of his ult, similar to Berserker's Call.
Dark Seer's Wall works on enemy creeps. Dark Seer is now a pusher.

All of Silencers abilities are removed from the game. Silencers name now changed to Silenced. Silenced model replaced with Kobold.
Night Stalker takes 5 damage per second during daytime unless he is in a shadow. The damage per second is increased by 2 every minute. He is unable to use any abilities and all his items are useless. His magic resistance and armor are reduced to 0 and his move speed is 250. Any light-based abilities do 5x damage to night stalker during daytime.
