That could be a interesting Aghanims upgrade, as long as it doesn't affect ultimates.
If Natures Prophet has two casts worth of trees out, he fuses them all together and creates a Treant Protector that shares half of Furions stats, while also sharing the levels of his skills. The Treant can be played as if it were the hero, and gives half the bounty on death.

A better scepter upgrade would be if you could lenghten the duration of the Relocate (up to 20 seconds) and have a sub ability that lets you tp back early with a 3 seconds non-channeling cast delay (like Chen's Test of Faith).

When Axe kills with Culling Blade it deals full culling damage in a 500 radius around the target.

That would actually show a little incentive to not ignore the aoe

-Sceptre upgrade on pugna lets him cast life drain on a neather ward, this causes him to spread lifesteal evenly across any enemy unit within neather wards range. He can still singe target the spell and it still retains 0 cooldown.
Snipers Ult now does AoE damage in a small area.
Slardar's ultimate is now AoE, it now reveals true sight on any enemy heroes in the selected AoE.
Doom gives True Sight, and Doom bringer can instantly teleport to doomed victims.
If Gyrocopter buys 2 Agnahim's Sceptres, his ultimate allows him to call down a nuke which kills every unit on the map and does 1000 damage to all buildings, regardless of Backdoor Protection.
Essence Shift also gives damage steal, lifesteal and mana steal.
Lycanthrope's ultimate is now toggleable, just like Lone Druid's.
Venge's Nether Swap now swaps control of the two heroes.

It takes more than a second to kill a person sometimes , so I think that wouldn't be so OP.
Scepter for Tinker makes multiple copies of items in your inventory no longer share cool downs.
Oh the possibilities.
