New rune: Hubble POWAH Lets your spells be global for the duration of the rune (as they all last the same)
Anti Mage is now ranged
Ranged illusions can't get manaburn.
anti mage isnt a diffusal blade
It's based on the "feedback" effect from WC3, so I imagine they work near identically.
It's based on the "feedback" effect from WC3, so I imagine they work near identically.
Many of the things in WC3 DotA were engine limitations (Skadi + Lifesteal stacking only on ranged heroes, Rubick not being able to steal transformation spells, etc.), anything that wasn't put there purely for the sake of balance has been fixed. Ranged heroes can have Mana Break and it works just fine.
skadi + lifesteal (not vlads) working on melee heroes is a bug though i thought? it says right on the dota2 skadi tooltip that it only works with RANGED lifesteal
I used to think this, but then I was told that it's now meant to work on both ranged and melee.
dang, valve should really update the tooltip then
every point in INT now increases the duration of crowd control effects your hero applies with items and skills by 0.1 sec
every point in INT now increases the duration of crowd control effects your hero applies with items and skills by 0.1 sec
Silencer = you'd better have picked right clicking fellas OD = You'd better have your porn ready to watch just in case he imprisions you [editline]17th January 2014[/editline]
status effects on spells scale with strength, cooldowns are reduced based on agility and their damage scales based on intelligence dota is now lol
I preffer Agility amplifying physical damage spells, Intelligence amplifying Magical Spells, and Strength decreasing cooldown (you know you are strong and so no winding uuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuup no cooldown). Could you stand Pudges casting hooks every 0.0X seconds? Oh yeah baby I think he might be renamed Dr Octopus
All blue colored heroes now use their mana as health
20 sec reverse polarity
7 minutes Doom :v: Has to come with a "YOU ARE DOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO...OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOMED" loud sound effect for the whole duration
Rubick now steals a random skill instead of the last cast one. Rubick steals Coup de Grace and starts building Orchid + MoM.
Aghs upgrade for riki - deals 150 bonus damage on breaking stealth
Aghs upgrade for riki - deals 150 bonus damage on breaking stealth
Broken, broken, but what about... Aghs on Riki: Stealth can't be revealed by true sigh
Riki Aghs: "Blinding" When an enemy uses detection and it reveals Riki (Sentry/Dust/Gem/Slardar and BH ults) the enemy will be blinded for 4 seconds, reducing their vision to 50. This effect will also randomly change the affected enemy's movement speed by a random integer between 50% and -50%
it's called break a hero by changing one ability not break an item by making it ridiculous for just one hero
Midas turns everything you touch into gold (only melee touch, ranged projectiles don't count) Play Furion, tp into enemy ancient, turn into gold, loot and go home.
furion - can now use nature's call on himself to become a tree. will stay like that for an unlimited amount of time but can be killed instantly if the tree is destroyed
too bad furion is ranged :)
Have you never bonked anyone on the head with your staff?
Well if you're going that far then your staff would be turned to gold when you tried to hold it
The staff is an augmentation attached to his arm. Clearly.
Mana leak is now a passive ability.
Sniper Headshot now applies Open Wounds, while keeping the ministun chance
Gyrocopter: Homing Missile: Gyro can now "build" missiles at the cost of 15% his move-speed per armed missile with a maximum array of 5 missiles. He may shoot them simultaneously or one at a time.
wisp can now build alll of the buildings from warcraft 3, make a hero altar, and spawn heroes.
Agh upgrade Lycan's ulti : Lycan ulti activated all-night-long. who let the dawg out
wisp can now build alll of the buildings from warcraft 3, make a hero altar, and spawn heroes.
treant protector can now root himself on the ground to give him a ranged attack
treant protector can now root himself on the ground to give him a ranged attack
Morphling now expires after 45 seconds.
Morphling now expires after 45 seconds.
This time is extended if he goes into the river. For every 20 seconds he spends in river, he gains 1 level of Tiny's ultimate. There is no cap to how many levels of Tiny's ultimate Morphling can get. Instead of expiring after 45 seconds, morphling instead loses 1 level of Tiny's ultimate. If he has no more levels in the ult, then he expires.
Wisp's Tether is now Inherent; it is present from the start similar to Stone Remnant, and cannot be levelled. In addition, Io has an additional spell by the name of Supernova, wherein it draws its orbiting spirits into itself and detonates them, causing a potent AoE that is equal to all five spirits going off at once, plus an additional amount of damage that increases with points put into Supernova, and also knocks back enemies in a similar fashion to Invoker's Deafening Blast.
