Armored blinks are changed to rolls.
HP and Mana that would be altered from tread switching is now static.
treads are now upgradeable by buying a reaver and a hyperstone. level 2 treads give 90 attack speed and 35 to the selected attribute

Io Agh's: Reduces Tether cooldown to 1s and allows you to Tether multiple allies. Also, if you Tether a hero who has 400 move speed you and everyone tethered to you will have this move speed.

Arcane boots now function like Tranquil boots. Multiple boot auras also stack.
Aghanim's Scepter causes Ball Lightning to apply current level of Overload on every enemy Storm passes through while in it.
Aghanim's on Earth Spirit makes magnetise global.
agh's on weaver activates shikuchi when he ults, and creates an illusion where he was before ulting

Everytime he uses his Ult goes back in time and meets the old Weaver, so you get 2 Weavers. This can keep on with unlimited Weaver versions.
The old ones cant attack but can use Shukuchi

Aghanims on Lone Druid merges the Druid and his Bear into one being. Combines all stats they have, and allows the hero to have 2 inventories.
Buying a second Aghanim's on OD makes his ult do pure damage.
Buying a third Aghanim's makes his orb do HP Removal.

Aghs on Brewmaster turns him into Earth Spirit, Ember Spirit, and Storm Spirit when he ults. They all have the same respective skill point distribution as Brewmaster at the time he activates his ultimate.

Fifth scepter gives him permanent magic immunity.
If he has 5 scepters and a BKB, BKB will purge all debuffs every 10 seconds, including Doom.
Aghanim's Scepter is now +20 primary stat, +5 other stats.

What about allowing him to Devour any Mud/Ancient Golem every 30 seconds and giving him extra Grow points every 5 golems devoured?
Including the model going bigger as well.
ball lightning now works like snowball, taking with you any allies you encounter along the way
Lifestealer can infest Sniper's Ultimate.
Aghanims on Terrorblade also swaps mana, and is useable on creeps.
