earthshaker's aftershock now creates stacks every time it affects an enemy. every stack doubles its damage, extends the stun duration by .5 seconds, and increases its aoe by 100. items now trigger aftershock.

Tether is now a target ability that has an infinitive duration as long as you are in range and the target is alive. You can deactivate it to place it in a twelve second cooldown. Targets can be stunned but individuals stunned can not be stunned again for twelve seconds. AKA I don't want to leave my tether buddy when I relocate and I wish this was how the ability worked.

enchantress' enchant is now her ultimate. it allows you to control an enemy hero (and use all of their spells against the enemy) for 4/5/6 seconds
There is no longer a limit to the amount of creeps Chen can control

Ursa's fury swipes now amplify the damage of teammates' attacks in addition to Ursa's. Ursa is still the only one who can add fury swipe stacks though.
Pucks' illusory orb is now an illusion. It does nothing.
Puck now summons two illusory orbs. The first is targeted as normal, the second shoots out in the opposite direction.
Jaunting to either orb summons an illusion at the other which mimics the real Puck's actions.
Aghanims: Four orbs are summoned-- Front, back, left, & right.
Brewmaster's Drunken Haze and Drunken Brawler now make your enemy and your own screen be blurry, shake violently, and have occasional burp noises playing.

what if you just recruited enough creeps to block the exits to your base, then amassed dozens of creep waves in each lane and then released them

It is. Not really efficient either
I once played a 6 Helm of the Dominator Chen though for the ultimate Centaur power. My team even saved Centaurs for me in the jungle. Fun times
