I still think that Kotl's ult with sceptre upgrade should give it a new active that turns it to day giving him unobstructed day vision...
If both Kotl and NS use their ults at the same time they BOTH gain the effects of their respective day/night sensitive things.
and you'd have a cool Kotl vs NS staredown icon on the clock.

Jakiro can swap between ice and fire and skills are changed to accommodate that change.
Dual breath: If Fire is active, the DoT flames come first. If Ice is active, the slow comes first.
Ice Path: If Fire is active, hits all units within Fire Path with the current level of Liquid Fire.
Liquid Fire: If Ice is active, units hit will suffer a 10/15/20/25% movement penalty.
Macropyre is not changed.
