They are level 11/16/25 when you level your ulti to rank 1, 2 or 3.
Sven's stun also reveals invisible units.
Sven's Aghanim's Scepter upgrade makes towers to have ult's buff too.

It took me a stupid amount of time to realize what had changed.
Earth Spirit's rolling boulder changed to old Snowball but traveling at Meat Hook speed when combined with an earth remnant
Doesn't boulder already move faster than meat hook when it hits a remnant?

Kunkka scepter makes the boat a controllable unit. I still douses allies in rum and will do minor damage to units it passes through until it crashes at the end of its duration or when you press R again.
When brewmaster is soaked in kunkka's rum, he gains 90% movespeed, and base attack time is 0.7.
Anti-Mage's Mana Break now gives him a temporary stack of magic resistance every time he autoattacks, and his E now activates a flame aura that burns nearby enemies whilst burning through his own Mana.
Kunkka's boat will stop and crash instantly if it runs into a torrent.
Hand of Midas can now be re-armed and refreshed in general

lion's ult is now a channeled spell. takes 5 seconds to channel, and once it's done, it hits all enemy heroes. if the channeling is stopped, the number of seconds passed counts as the number of enemy heroes that will be hit.
agh's drains mana equal to your mana drain level from every hero in the map while channeling
drow's illusions get her ult and precision aura

Antimage ultimate changed to cooldown of 20 seconds, scepter upgrade 3 seconds.
every int caster who is killed by anti-mage's ult is now cursed with "mangina ptsd". this causes visual and auditory hallucinations. every 30 seconds, an illusion of anti-mage appears behind the hero and attacks them. ignoring it for 15 seconds causes it to disappear. killing it causes it to respawn immedietly.
Techies have no cooldowns on their mine planting abilities.
How to make skywrath even more horrifyingly stronk (not 1 ability though):
