[editline]9th August 2014[/editline]
the cooldown reduction is no longer relevant
slardar's ult now works like dazzle's: still single target, but reduces armor per second by 0.75/1/1.25 (1/1.25/1.5*) after the initial 10/15/20 armor reduction
Axe's Aghanim Scepter upgrade now makes Counter Helix deal damage equal to Axe's Autoattacks + Counter Helix's base damage.
And gives taunt 3x armour buff, and 20% more movement slow on battle hunger, dealing 1/2/3/4% HP as damage per second forever until they kill something, goes through bkb.
Teleportation dispells Shadow Blade
Omniknight Aghanim's buff:
Now applies Repel to all targets when used.
All targets now apply Degen Aura.
Degen Aura now drains 1/1.5/2/2.5 mana per second from enemies in it's AoE and gives it to Omniknight
Overwhelming Odds reduces target armour.
When Slark attacks while being in shadow dance, Essence Shift steals the target stats permanently on each strike.
Puck regains health at an accelerated rate whilst in Phase Shift.
You now can move while using Phase Shift. Phase Shift now gives flying movement.
legion's ult now steals str instead of damage
legion's ult now steals str instead of damage
It doesn't actually steal damage, it just gives bonus damage to the winner of the duel.
Unless you meant stealing str from loser instead of giving bonus damage.

i meant the latter.
Enchantress's Untouchable now affects buildings.
All single target buffs can now be applied to friendly buildings.
jakiro's macropyre lasts for 10/30/50 (20/40/60*) seconds
Chaos Knight is now an Agility hero, and his previous strength and agility gains are swapped.

honestly i think that would make him even weaker
He's going to build a Manta anyway and now Diffusal blade is viable on him.
plus all the attack speed will make him actually proc more than one crit per fight.
As a whole though you're probably right, this won't make him brokenly good and might not even improve him enough to be considered a real buff. His illusions wouldn't be tanky enough to make a big impact.

the synergy with armlet is the core of the hero. take that away and you don't have much left to really prop him back up.
diffusal wouldn't synergize very well in the first place either. pl and naga as diffusal carriers are both more about a slower burn when it comes to scoring kills, mostly due to their illusions having little downtime, while ck is all about one or two-shotting enemies

a similar one would be making Ursa a strength hero
Puck regains health at an accelerated rate whilst in Phase Shift.
That would actually be really cool.

funny thing about that

I'm pretty sure the reason that strength heroes build armlet is because most of them have shitty attack speed. I think being able to completely surround an enemy at level 11 because your first item was a manta would make up for the loss of armlet damage.
[editline]17th August 2014[/editline]
Armlet is a early-mid game item anyway, if CK was agility he would turn into a more late-game oriented hero. Manta, Butterfly, Heart, Skadi kind of guy.

no you get armlet on ck specifically because the strength bonus transfers to your illusions and gives them more damage without having them take armlet damage
also what???? you only get like 25 attack speed total out of armlet but as a str hero you get like 65 bonus damage
i build armlet on my void
fite me

Phantasm illusions have 100% damage.
This means armlet gives his illusions not only 500 health but also 25 damage.
[editline]18th August 2014[/editline]
Guess someone already pointed that out.
I admit that i'm just grasping at straws with the armlet thing but it's not really the point, an agility Chaos Knight wouldn't need it.
And to clarify I don't actually think turning Chaos Knight into an agility hero would be a good idea, I just think it's something interesting to talk about.
Also today I learned that armlet doesn't give nearly as much attack speed as I thought.
Macropyre now deals universal damage.
Stack Ancients for the fastest mekansm you've ever farmed.
Plague Wards will now apply any Unique Attack Modifier that Venomancer has.
