I'm not sure increasing the radius would change anything other than Tide not needing to blink to initiate anymore, which actually sounds not useful since he needs to be point blank range to apply Anchor Smash anyway.

Aghs: Rupture is now cast in a 500 AOE. For every 100 health enemies lose to rupture, bloodseeker gains an additional 5% MS and damage, on top of what thirst normally provides.
Jakiro's Liquid fire now costs 10 mana to cast, and counts towards a wand charge.
Enchantress's Nature Attendance is now global for all allies. Ogre Magi's Multicast has a chance to restore 15% of mana per cast.
Nature's Attendants no longer have a time limit, but instead each wisp can heal 10 times (total heal amount unchanged, but they become semi-permanent)
