Counter Helix now has 100% chance to proc when attacked, and it now deals 50%/75%/100%/125% of Axe's attack damage as damage. Instead of dealing damage immediately to all nearby enemies, the axe has a spin duration. Base duration 1 second, and it takes 1 second to reach a full circle. Attack speed increases the swing speed, so with 100 increased attack speed it spins two full circles during the 1 second, and with maximum attack speed (+400 attack speed) Axe can swing his axe around up to 5 times during the 1 second duration. Enemies can be hit multiple times each time he swings around (so with max attack speed, each enemy can be hit up to 5 times during one helix). On-hit effects are applied each time an enemy is hit. Cooldown is 1 second.
