Even as French military presence continues to steadily climb by the day, French commanders remain divided regarding the future invasion of the home islands. Some argue that unimaginable losses would be unavoidable, and became convinced that the best way would be the renewal of efforts on shipping lines and bombings of strategic areas, while waiting for the huge fleet of Stratojets to become fully operational. The other firmly reject that proposal and push to end the Axis threat once and for all, seeing as the Japanese were finally beginning to show signs of weakness after years of hellish fighting.

Although, maybe neither parties are correct. Maybe there is a way to end the war without so much as wasting precious lives. Maybe this time around, the Second World War will be the war to end war.

Is he present at your court? If you married him to a landed wife he'll run off to her court unless he has some land of his own.

Check the error logs, you might need the hotfix, a hand made fix, or LoR.
I have the hotfix and Legacy of Rome.
Is Elder Kings laggy for anyone else? It speeds back up and goes to a normal frame rate once I pause it. hmm.
I'm not really getting any framerate issues if you ignore the crashes.

Supposedly the Elder Kings crashing problem is down to a Vanilla memory leak so here's hoping it gets patched in the next couple of days.
I've noticed something about that Crusader Kings Z joke. They advertise seasonal effects as part of the DLC. But it would be kind of a dick move to announce that feature and then say it's a joke. Maybe they plan on adding seasons in a patch?
In fact I wouldn't even be surprised if the DLC is actually released. We already got Sunset Invasion after all.
I'd actually like a Crusader Kings Z game.
Like, your character becomes infertile, but cannot be killed/die unless someone assassinates him, or he can find a cure by some random event.
Spawn hordes of low-powered, but high-manned armies of the undead, etc.
I love how Sunset Invasion is used to justify every single ludicrous thing Paradox does.

I find it utterly insane in my Vicky 2 Ireland game, that I am getting massive Jacobin rebellions when I have passed every single political reform (and a few social ones to boot).
For fucks sake, what do you want? Taxes and unemployment are low, we have an economy more powerful than the USA, and you have the highest living standards in the Western World.

For some reason I never have jacobin rebellions, are you guys playing on like super hard difficulty or using some sort of mods
Jacobin Rebels are Liberal rebels, so I guess if you always go for a Liberal or Anarcho-Liberal government you won't see them often.
Rebellions are honestly the only thing that sours Vic for me, seeing as if your Prime Minister sneezes 3/4ths of your people decide to drop what they are doing and storm the capitol.
Reminds me of that one post from the last thread which described more or less the entire population of Ethiopia rising against the government, and losing. :v:

What's utterly bizare is how I always get Jacobins and nationalists, but never reactionaries (unless I am an unciv).
Does anyone know if we'll be able to convert out HoI saves to EvW?
