It is already set to vanilla in mine. V2gametype = "vanilla"

Also I've been just using the eyedrop tool to get colors from the GoT mod map and transfer them into my map, to make things easier. I've gotten the top island done and I've already taken all the colors from their map.

Though it'd be nice as some sort of, EUIV lite sort of deal.

Ok so I got my boyfriend into ck2. I helped him with about everything since he can't even close a menu without asking me how. I thought I helped him enough to be competent so I left him on his own while I used the restroom. I come back 5 minutes later and he turned traitor on his liege for independence. I asked him why he did this since he was going to get annihilated, and he said "I may have pressed the wrong button" The good news is that he absolutely loves the game

Can anyone point me to a fix? The game has a tendency to crash at multiple different times when I play. First time when I try to load the game it crashes, next time it doesn't until the first time it auto-saves. It's the same, although more frequent with the GoT mod. I really like this game, but this just continues over and over at different times. I can't seem to find the answer on the official game website forums...

I have _no idea_ how that happened.

I can't seem to find the answer on the official game website forums...[/QUOTE] If you're using the GoT mod you need to launch it without ANY DLC, quit to desktop, and re enable those you wish to use. You don't need all of them as the mod doesn't use them all, but I just enable them all anyways. Consolidation is that you can use arrow keys + space to turn off/on mods in the launcher so it goes pretty quickly. You'll have to do this if you play the default game afterwards again.
