I don't think that's enough. He'll have to send in the clowns.
That doesnt look like the default map, whered you grab it from?
It's HIP with all modules on.
Also I managed to get it into EUIV after half an hour or so of work, not that hard at all. The only problem is that everything is so imbalanced, but that's what happens I guess.
I dont ever play Vic 2, what is going on help so many fucking rebels jesus

Why, that's an average looking country in V2. I fail to see the problem.
Having some nice fun with my Commonwealth game. Just kicked Russia's ass while it had a major rebel problem.

I converted an old CK2 save to EU4, but in the EU4 launcher it says the mod is out of date? What can I do?
Liberate the cossacks as a vassal and feed Russia into them
just my 2 cents
Who exactly are the cossacks as a nation? Ukraine?
Who exactly are the cossacks as a nation? Ukraine?
Well Zaporozhie was a Cossack state, not sure why he'd want to make a vassal out of his own territory, though.
I converted an old CK2 save to EU4, but in the EU4 launcher it says the mod is out of date? What can I do?
The Converter isn't updated for CK2 or EU4 yet.

I know who cossacks are but his suggestion was awfully broad. Didn't cossack encompass a variety of peoples?
At any rate, I finally fucking abolished the Sejm. Hurray for not having permanently low legitimacy and old rulers!

The story behind this painting is the best thing ever:
Sultan Mehmed IV to the Zaporozhian Cossacks:
As the Sultan; son of Muhammad; brother of the sun and moon; grandson and viceroy of God; ruler of the kingdoms of Macedonia, Babylon, Jerusalem, Upper and Lower Egypt; emperor of emperors; sovereign of sovereigns; extraordinary knight, never defeated; steadfast guardian of the tomb of Jesus Christ; trustee chosen by God Himself; the hope and comfort of Muslims; confounder and great defender of Christians -- I command you, the Zaporogian Cossacks, to submit to me voluntarily and without any resistance, and to desist from troubling me with your attacks.
They then replied:
Zaporozhian Cossacks to the Turkish Sultan!
O sultan, Turkish devil and damned devil's kith and kin, secretary to Lucifer himself. What the devil kind of knight are you, that can't slay a hedgehog with your naked arse? The devil excretes, and your army eats. You will not, you son of a bitch, make subjects of Christian sons; we've no fear of your army, by land and by sea we will battle with thee, fuck your mother.
You Babylonian scullion, Macedonian wheelwright, brewer of Jerusalem, goat-fucker of Alexandria, swineherd of Greater and Lesser Egypt, pig of Armenia, Podolian thief, catamite of Tartary, hangman of Kamyanets, and fool of all the world and underworld, an idiot before God, grandson of the Serpent, and the crick in our dick. Pig's snout, mare's arse, slaughterhouse cur, unchristened brow, screw your own mother!
So the Zaporozhians declare, you lowlife. You won't even be herding pigs for the Christians. Now we'll conclude, for we don't know the date and don't own a calendar; the moon's in the sky, the year with the Lord, the day's the same over here as it is over there; for this kiss our arse!
Koshovyi Otaman Ivan Sirko, with the whole Zaporozhian Host.
Soooooo what happened to those cossacks? :v:
Soooooo what happened to those cossacks? :v:
They kicked the Turks ass.
That makes me want to create Zaporozhie and feed them everything around the Black Sea.
edit: Well I have the county Zaporozhia but there's no release option for any country using that hunk of land. Maybe they're not a nation?

I FINALLY GOT IT TO WORK. WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO.
The Converter isn't updated for CK2 or EU4 yet.
You can fix it by opening the .mod file from the export and adding
supported_version="1.8"
at the end of it

I missed this post and almost told you that.
Appears Norse/Germanic converts as a religion even if it isn't reformed.
Tech groups might be screwed up, or maybe they changed how they work, I converted the Charlemagne start date and Scandinavia is in the Muslim group.

Such is life in the Clausewitz engine.

This will allow you to load the mod but it'll still be broken as fuck.
The new EU4 provinces will have their vanilla 1444 setup, and many CK2 cultures will be missing.

podcat made 2 big posts on HOI4
[editline]10th November 2014[/editline]
I just noticed, HOI4, Germany is called "German Reich"
Podcat said that was for a reason. I'm guess for endgame East and West Germany can be formed.
I'm playing as Poland (EUIV), and I took the decision to create a personal union with Lithuania. However because of my elective monarchy, I always get a foreign heir, which breaks my personal union with Lithuania on my monarch's death, which will make me have to fight a war to get them back in order to be able to form the Commonwealth. Is there any way to avoid this?
Elective monarchy sucks

You're supposed to fund your heir with your own legitimacy on the monarch screen. 90% of the time he'll have better stats anyway.

Thanks dude. After I've formed the Commonwealth should I still fund local heirs? Their claims seem to always be weak, and it costs a lot of legitimacy.

I haven't found it ever to be worth ceasing fund of local rulers. Foreign rulers give you -1 diplomat and some other malus (dip rep maybe?) and, like I said, are almost always worse stat-wise than your heir. If you don't have enough legitimacy it's not a massive deal but the low legitimacy is something you need to live with as Poland/Commonwealth.
Your real struggle is the fucking Sejm, whom I only recently abolished. Fuckers.
edit: England just annexed Styria and became an Administrative Republic ruled by Oliver Cromwell. :suicide:
Dev is now going smoothly.

A total conversion for a fantasy mod.
