The green nation's name seems to be derived from Österreich, the German for Austria, which would make calling it an imperium is redundant since Reich is German for empire, and is interchangeable with das Imperium. Are you going for some kind of Austra-Imperial Rome hybrid sort of nation?
As far as I've read, in EU4 the only way to get the Revolutionary Empire government type is to be France with the Revolutionary Republic government and get the "Aspirations of an Empire" event. Has anyone gotten the Revolutionary Empire on any other country?

Honestly no haha. It's a Russian-Scandinavian mix with some German-Polish roots. The name was meant to sound a little German and a little Russian.

Also; fuck the Sunset Invasion. It ruined my entire EU4 game. Literally every south and north american nation turned High-American (Same as Western, but for indians). Colonizing America will be impossible now.
So someone on my friendslist just mysteriously achieved every achievement for EUIV at once.

You can just turn off Sunset Invasion before converting iirc.

In Black ICE you can get alot of modifiers, basically just pour all your spies into supporting your party (National Socialists) in the SU since day one, don't do counter espionage and be sure to get the encryption/de-encryption techs, National Intelligence Agency construction project is also very good. Doing this will fuck up some of the SU's bonuses so Barbarossa will be easier from their weaker start. They'll still get crazy buffs from the Patriotic War tho.
I also did the US so I don't have to worry about them lend-leasing or invading France while I'm busy with the Russians. Finland were a good measure so I have them when I start Barbarossa for another front and Brazil just to have some presence in South America.

I like playing as either Qara Qoyunlu/Tabarestan and trying to form Persia.

chain alliances are crazy and its just not interesting
haven't played in indonesia since post art of war but indonesia was always fun for me, and also really easy

well i haven't played in india post AoW, but let's just say i have never ever had any good games starting in India... i'd rather just conquer the vast 1 base tax steppe than anything in India tbh. I mean india has good provinces and so on but... it just doesn't feel good.
yes the countries in indonesia aren't the largest (though, i still think they are pretty large and they also have some pretty decent base tax, which is what matters).
the thing is that you a muslim among buddhist is a great thing. yes, you get AE. but you will have piety (which is ridiculously good, makes muslim the best religion in the game (shia, especially)) and boats. all of asia can go in a coalition against you and they will never be able to set foot on your islands.
