I've been a bit busy and haven't been able to check, but HoD is worth it right? I barely understand how to play Vicky 2 but I still have fun with it.

It adds nice touches but is nowhere near as important as AHD (which made the game many, many, MANY times more stable). Although HoD does add some okay balancing.

Vanilla HoD isn't so great, but with the current Beta patch its better, so maybe wait until the beta patch goes live.

EDIT: Alright, so I'm two kings after that one (he died of disease, and the next in battle fighting 2 rebellions and one war at the same time). His son took over, and is actually liked. Had a regency for a while. He has 5 children and is only 30. Most kings so far have been old. We've taken Connaugcht. One of the rebel leaders, she was captured, and had her son in Prison. I'm leaving the son in there until he dies, to kill that family out. Muahahaha!

Muahahaha![/QUOTE] If you take 2 more provinces you will get the option to become King of Ireland which will grant you a Casus Belli on all of the Irish counts/Dukes. You should do this quickly. I recommend using your spy master to get some claims. Hurry, before those other Britons take some precious Irish land.

It makes it so that there's an actual balance of powers and such.

Manage some minting a little bit with the help of Masters of Mint and other modifiers, Scout. Setting the inflation slider to 0.0 is just as bad as letting it overinflate in such a time.

It's EU3+, and inflation is uh... very difficult to get rid of.

Genoa owns a good portion of the bottom part of Spain and West Africa. Pisa owns a lot of Northern Africa, the HRE is taking some stuff in the Middle East, Eastern Europe is all over the place, Norway doesn't really exist any more.

The HOD beta patch made it so that the USA has cores on Washington so that shit doesn't happen that often anymore :v:. Also, the USA in my game actually took the western provinces from Mexico and has modern borders, although Mexico is the empire of mexico in 1900.

It caused a Crisis, both the UK and USA want to Take all of Columbia. I'm tempted to cheat so America wins it, just to be different. My game is going very... interestingly. I'm Germany, it's 1939 and I'm at war with Japan, France, Britain, most of the Balkans and nothing else. Also yeah, Japan. [t]http://i.imgur.com/SmROsRk.png[/t] I kept up the Sino-German Cooperation and have been influencing China for quite a while now, just to see what would happen. The Japanese haven't been able to move any further south than what you can see there, and I've been pumping China full of Lend-Lease aid for the past 3 years, so they've actually held out. I was hoping to get some divisions over there to break the dead-lock or invade Formosa but those belligerent British fucks had to go and start WW2. [t]http://i.imgur.com/Z5zufH4.jpg[/t] They declared war on me for pretty much no reason at all, I reoccupied the Rhineland, Anschlussed Austria and claimed the Sudetenland (And those two provinces from Denmark, which was a mistake) but have actually been friends with Poland. I roll around the Maginot Line historically because Belgium and the Netherlands aren't in the Allies, and probably won't be, so I've just had to hold out across the Rhine.
