Was thinking it might be August Storm because of the color changes.

it is indeed August Storm. Very good mod adds tons of stuff I'd recommend picking it up if you've played vanilla abunch and want something new and indepth FRG is formed on its own after the war if the allies win AFAIK. It tries to simulate what happens in real life but sometimes stuff such as France not falling can cause the Iron Curtain not to form. Democratic Republic can also form.

Firespray thought it might be mountains blocking my 1918 equipment, but it appears it purposely tries to cross mountains. Here's the terrain map. [img]http://i.imgur.com/YpOi2tU.png[/img]

Alright! Finally, I have all the CKII DLC except Mediterranean Portraits (never will I purchase that) and The Old Gods. I also picked up The Victoria Collection. Can't wait to dive in.

I bought AHD with some steam trading card money hopefully the great wars will be fun.

The optimization is more what makes AHD so much better. Vanilla is so unstable in comparison.

Just pre-purchased Eu4. It better have Steam achievements. I wasn't sure about getting Heart of Darkness. Everybody I know has been saying it's broken.

The China one is much better. What I like is that they aren't experts who simply have established plans for playing each country but people who know how to play and actually play.

Trying to play Qing China in PDM because hey, why not? Then the Opium War happens. Hey, fair enough. The British try to take a province in the mainland. Hey, that's not a problem. I send 180,000 soldiers after 15,000. I LOST THE BATTLE. I let my troops recuperate while the British now have only 5,000 left. Then I send them in again. I LOST AGAIN. I know that I'm supposed to be technologically backwards, but what the fucking fuck in a shitbasket? The odds are 1 to 36 and the fuckers still beat me.
