I want one game where we literally turn the whole map green, Destroy everything.
Do you mean the whole map VOSK, or just cities and military structures?
With 6 players, variable unit counts turned on, and all 6 players cooperating optimally, we can create 2088 nuclear explosions in a game, 360 of which must be fired at enemy cities and military structures. The radius of the green circle left by a blast is pretty big, so it comes down to how green you want it, as well as whether or not you also want to destroy cities and targets, which makes things a little trickier.
The easiest way to ensure complete destruction of cities and targets but not irradiate the map would be to give each of 2 players nothing but 2 silos and 1 city with 50 million people in it. Each player targets and fires as soon as they reach defcon 1, with the first 14 missiles aimed at the enemy city since 50/(2^14) < 0.0 and the remaining six used to destroy the silos.

Submarines are still suboptimal - they can only be fired at enemy structures and cities, and cost 3 credits for only 5 nukes.
What you want are airbases (10 nukes, 2 credits) silos (10 nukes, 3 credits) and carriers (5 nukes, 2 credits) leaving submarines for last (you can afford twelve subs and have two credits left over).
This is literally the most harrowing game I have ever played.
The soundtrack is a major part of it.

I just finished a game where we all were WW2 Nations. I, as Japan placed in the Soviet Union, killed the most people. Mainly Europe.
But I, Joseph Stalin as Asia, saved almost all of mine and won the game by being the most peaceful Stalin who has ever lived.
