The P-40E is a beast. Shitload of ammo, can take a lot of punishment and it can be quite maneouvrable.
It never gets old to take a bomber head on, kill everyone in the cockpit, pull a barrel roll and avoid the incoming wreck by an inch.

Bullshit.
Yeah, the CL-13 does outperform F-2, but not by a wide margin. It climbs better and has more energy to spare, but at cost of having a bit lower top speed as well as not having the F-2 cheat guns. It's a fair tradeoff with the F-2 Sabre and all yanks who claim otherwise are just spoiled from clubbing everything effortlessly in F-2 sabre prior.
Both F-2 sabre and CL-13 gonna be in deep shit once Hunter is added. Not sure what could save Russia and Japan, tho. As long as Gaijin refuses to add the afterburning MoG-17 and as long as nobody retcons Japan's sad post war history, these countries will be just fucked.

The CL-13 is an upgrade over the F-Sabre in the same way the F-Sabre was an upgrade over the CL-13, but more of an upgrade over the F-40 that isn't in game (and actually is the version used by the JSDF, not the F-30). The F-40 has a redesigned wing that restores the agility of the A-5 combined with the speed and all that jazz of the F-25/F-30. On top of that it has some crazy Canadian engine that gives it stupid acceleration and climb. The CL-13 does have a slightly fatter body with worse aerodynamics, but that only serves to make the plane a tiny bit faster, rather than significantly faster. When both are fully upgraded, the only advantage the F-Sabre has over the CL-13 is that in a sustained shallow dive it will accelerate slightly quicker. And I really mean slightly, an extra km/h every few seconds or so.
The [I]other[/I] problem of the CL-13 is that, if it were swapped to the USA side to face MiG-15s, it out-does the MiG-15s in the ways the MiG-15s are supposed to beat the Sabre! It out climbs them, out accelerates them, and it's quicker at high altitudes.

The Hunter they are planning on adding is the very slowest of the various Hunter Mk1s built, it has a lower top speed than the CL-13 (which IS a kmh or two faster than the F when [I]fully upgraded[/I]), and is the worst climber of all planes.
Swift would've been better because it's like two tons heavier than the next plane and would hold energy for zooms so fuckin well.

The Ki-61 Hei is literally just a tier 2 plane with 2 of it's guns replaced by MG151's though.

Sure, 151s might not be as great as Hispanos at the same tier, but it still hurts to get shot by them. Honestly, if you're even getting shot at in the Hei you're in trouble no matter what guns you have up front.
And you forget that compared to nippon's own guns mg151's may as well be firing laser beams for how effective they are
The only real problem I have with the 61 is how fast it loses energy but other than that it's an amazing plane

If the Yak 9 proves anything, it's that 37mm cannons are devastating even to ground forces. This should indicate that the FlakPanzer V [del]will shred planes instantly and knock out tanks reliably from the side and maybe get lucky head-on[/del] will be completely ineffective against everything because fuck Germany that's why
