The upper glacis just below the driver slit on the Stug can actually guarantee an ammo kill if you have good enough ammo. I one shot virtually every Stug I find in my T-50 because of this.
It's a bit of a tricky shot because the Driver is above it and the transmission is seemingly massive though.

It's called Simulator battles. Realistic is doable too but you'll get hit by snapshots a lot.

It's a howitzer, it doesn't work off penetration. It works on high caliber HE shells that just explode on the outside of the tank and tear it apart.

Rule of thumb: Slits, MG ports and hatches are always weak spots. Hit the driver's hatch of a T-34 and it pretty much goes boom every time, even at angles

The T-34 is such a densely packed tank that if you hit it anywhere you're going to break at least three things and kill two crew members.

I got the T-34 prototype and its pretty great too. The mm is amazing, Ive only seen like, 3 other T-34s the entire time playing it. The only serious threat It sees is T-28's and Stug IIIa's. At that BR, the sloped armor is pretty much a forcefield and the 76mm never bounces.
Are the servers down for anyone else? I can't even access the website, but isitdownrightnow.com is saying that the site is working fine.

Just simply hitting the central side of the driver's hatch with a good hit seems to knock all the crew out for me.
I win stug engagements 95% of the time because it ends in oneshotting the other stug through the driver's hatch.

I was having problems with everything hosted in russia earlier, but I flushed my DNS and it's been working since
I just love all those 1 shots i'm taking, even hiding behind other tanks doesn't stop the enemy from killing both me and my friend in 1 shot.

One shotting is an excellent mechanic and I actually hope they make guns a bit more powerful (least APHE/Shrapnel/etc) on penetration.
I see no reason how anyone in a turret could survive if something penned it and then exploded.

i recommend you get someone to play with you because otherwise it's just infuriating
because when you have someone with you (like Sunkite) he'll just laugh at your sorry ass for doing 2kmph downhill.
also braking with your engine is better than regular breaking (warning, frontflips may occur.)

If a round penetrates it's going to do damage, just because you angle your armor a bit and think you're going to stop every round from penetrating doesn't mean you actually will.

They need to remove these fucking retarded AI tanks from the maps, though, it's really annoying trying to aim only to have some worthless AI drive in front of you firing every half a second creating a smokescreen. God help you if you accidentally parked in front of their path, pray that they don't flip you or push you into the water.

It's not that hard at all? For Germans just upshift when you get to about 2600-2900, downshift at about 1900. I've been driving manual since I got the beta and only just realized that you can put in auto for realistic battles.

I started giving them the widest possible berth after I got shot by one and their constant smokescreen firing is death to my FPS, I hate them

jokes on you I was accidentally using manual transmission because my sim control settings on aviation carried over and I didnt realize
makes these moments extra special when your on gear 9 and need to reverse.
