practice what? One kill nets me ~1000rp.
honestly consistently getting 3-4 kills in Arcade nets you that much or more, P39N or LA35 makes that easy to do. I can get 14k a day if I have the time to do 12-15 battles

You get more RP in realistic BUT you can easily get 3-4x silver lions in Arcade. I barely break even in RB because of the retarded repair costs (ki84s anyone?).
I was gonna mention I always get between 5 and 10k, but flying the D13 as a premium just drowns me in xp so it wouldn't be more than 2-3k without the bonuses from D13 and premium.

Not even soon. I believe that 1.45 and 1.47 are primarily for the British Navy line and additional Japanese/Misc units with some German bombers and payload overhauls. (From what little I remember.)

You get a lot of RP for just being alive in the match near enemies. You'll get less if you die very early on.

Try shooting the 20mms on an Emil in Cliffs of Dover while climbing up to someone, you'll be battered right back into the ground if you have too much trigger time.

depends on the kill
If you spend 10 minutes dogfighting a plane that is the same rank as yours (or higher) and have been landing a lot of hits and getting crits, you will get 1000 or even more
if you pilot kill the guy with 2 bullets and/or he is a lower rank plane you dont get nearly as much
So I'm near unlocking the Arado as my first jet, will I be in a world of pain/boredom? I'm tempted to buy a premium Russian later and grind to the IL28 because that looks so bad ass.
planes have the same problem as tanks in that oneshotting people is actually not efficient with regard to XP generation, so if you are driving a howitzer tank (SU-152, KV-2, SU-122, etc) or a comedy cannon plane (anything with a 37mm or larger cannon) expect less XP per kill than if you were in say a T-34-57 or P-51 (both of which need to land several good hits before getting kills usually).

the Arado is pretty boring and isnt nearly as good as the other jet bombers despite having the same rank
its only real advantages are its size and maneuverability compared to the B-57/IL-28, neither of which are as advantageous as the speed on the B-57 or the armament on the IL-28

This is the irony both with bomber hunters (Ki-45 and 102, Me 410 /U4, etc) as well as tanks with huge caliber guns (SU-152.)
You actually get [B]LESS[/B] RP and silver for quick, efficient kills.
