F7Fs are annoying when played correctly, bearcats are easy peasy these days. I mean they are still good but it's been a long while since I saw them as a problem while flying Japanese fighters. It's not an F7F, it's not a jet, that's good news to hear.

in other news: i don't understand why people like the b7a2 so much, like, it turns well alright, but it is a giant slow target that doesn't yaw very well so it is really hard to get guns on target at speed

Super old posts were lost when garry switched to a new host a few years ago. I lost about 3000 posts. Also, if you look at your own ban history (or mine), you'll see a lot of "this thread"s. Those are the lost/wiped threads.

F7fs are twice as fast as my stupid origami plane and you literally cannot do anything about them if they're smart enough to just BnZ.

You can actually bleed them of energy by biting them into comitting for a turn that just about lets them get a shot on you but you tigthen the turn in the last second and they never get an actual chance to shoot. It's one of the basic defensive moves, Shibbey would tell you more, being actually good at it, there's plenty of videos and tutorials.
I am not saying it's easy or always viable (it gets often kinda impossible when facing more than one enemy) and I am not trying to claim it's like you are going to win every time, but energy-trapping is a legit tactic and something you can always at least attempt.

There's no kind of money that would allow you to just buy your way through the game. You can convert "free RP" to unlock things which is extremely expensive and, again, at best doubles the speed at which you grind as you still need to have the freeRP to convert.
$10 spent on the Russian store will get you a nice low rank premium that can keep your early money needs secured, but not really much more, no.
Getting [I]everything[/I], as in, every single unlockable vehicle and premium, I would estimate would take ~$100-$200 and about two to four weeks of pure playtime, depending on how well you play and assuming you won't spend money on converting.
If you can't have fun with limited amount of options the game gives you at the given moment, just don't bother.

I have well over 800 hours on steam alone (started playing beforethe game was on steam) and i don't have all planes yet. Might be because i don't really care about a lot of them, but it's gonna take more than a few weeks to get there, even if you spend lots of money.

If one is well above you and looks stupid there's always Split-Sing your way to the deck and trying to stay directly below your opponent, so any dive they have to do is ultra steep and hopefully they will eat dirt.

eh works out, the 76 is terrible at anything aside from short range combat anyway so the 45s do most of the work at long range and those are piss easy to aim.

There isn't even any point in getting all the planes or even spading all the planes you do get, just get to where you want to be and play the planes you want to play. All those people wasting there time and frustrating themselves spading terrible planes that they don't even want to play are just fucking silly.
