Holy fuck the M3 Lee is so great. Just bind a key to swap between all guns / the 75 for aiming and it becomes an absolute shit wrecker, even in a maximum 1.0BR spread.
wonder if we'll ever get proper Russian/German crewman models, these yankee ones seem pretty accurate.
Flying CAS in the SBD makes me happy. So does setting m2s on fire with my mgs.
Welp, unlocked all of rank 1 for the US.

How come whoever made Parts/FPE modules hasn't been hung?
Biggest fucking mood-kill in tanks is the joy of a new vehicle filled by the loathing that IF ANYTHING LOOKS AT YOU FUNNY GG NO RE PLS QUIT NOW.

America, we need to have a talk. Sometimes, it's not ok to do drugs.
Do any of these changes effect where I should shoot? (Because I always aimed for the ammo)
I actually really like the M2A4, more than I did the russian or german reserves. GOTTA GO FAST
The M3 Lee is so much fun to drive.
You're are invincible at long ranges against most tanks and can promptly say fuck you to anyone with your 75 MM gun. Even the 37 MM gun is still good since it has virtually no shell drop and extremely high shell velocity.
Got a platoon of three people, and just had two in M3 Lees and one tagging around in the AA Gun to counter the bombers that try to kill you while you are happily sitting in a field. It's so much fun, it should be illegal. I mean shit even the M3 Lee is an AA gun too so you can fuck over fighters trying to strafe you. Tanks can actually fight back against planes reliably without completely relying on AA guns.
The lee's a bit hard to use in Urban Combat though.

M2 is super fun, I've had no problems with the gun on it and have found it extremely easy to snipe at range and fire on the move with it. The only shitty thing about it is the turning and the brakes.
Honestly I think the M3 lee feels OP at that BR.
Trying to turn in American tonks is pretty tough, only goes to show that the right way to freedom is straight ahead.

That's because you're clubbing poor little seals, then you meet a ZIS-30 who then royally fucks your shit.
You can't even kill them with the machineguns because the gun shield has such thick armor, yet it's thin enough to have the larger caliber rounds overpenatrate and do very little. Most of the time I find myself spamming HE shells at them.

You can buy into the ~tester initiative~ for literally like $3 on the Russian store page.
Worth it imho.
[editline]17th December 2014[/editline]
Mainly considering for the $3 you get 500 gold which alone makes up for the price.

I mean, for once they have actually delivered content before the deadline they had given before. I am fine with giving them at least minor reward for that.
So, where is that "infinite session" thing they were talking about?
Did i read something about toggling sights for those multiple-canon tanks?

Yeah.. Accidentally drove off the road and into the river on Eastern Europe because the brakes just failed on me.
Also: came up on a guy that had driven out of the spawn and rolled his tank, so I pulled him upright. The actual gratitude of that dude.. :)
Did i read something about toggling sights for those multiple-canon tanks?
It should just be a case of switching from primary to secondary weapons. Check the "Tank Controls" tab in the controls settings menu.
Bought the 3 dollar pack, so the 'test team' is just the unlocking of all American tanks to grind or something else?

1) View ports aren't always weak spots. This isn't World of Tanks. There's no magical slit you can sneak a round in. War Thunder don't roll that way. For example; on the late-model T-34s, the driver's hatch becomes significantly stronger than the hull armor and it's an extremely bad idea to shoot it. If you actually used the armor viewer, you would see that the Tiger's front plates are treated as just that. Flat 102mm plates. No goofy weakspots.
Actually, I think if the view port is marked as "Optic" in the Xray view, it sort of bypasses armor.

Holy shit the MG13 MGC is good against tanks

So I've been thinking, would it be possible in simulator battles to use the premium German Sherman to trick players if they don't pay attention to the radar or notice the tank's camo skin?
no because if you chose SB there are flags under tank battle sim
