Regarding DoomRPG, what difficulty do you like to run it at? I find it's either very easy after a while or very very difficult.

Especially when they can clearly see it's full of images and likely an advertisement for a mod someone completed.

the difficulty escalated well too its not just "play and youll beat it" you really have to learn how to play it to beat it oh, and quad shotgun

It kind of felt like Force Unleashed where it's fun until they start throwing force/lightsaber resistant enemies at you and it takes away the fun of killing weak grunts.

One of the levels where you start with facing a chainsaw zombie in a blood covered hallway has the unique one with a birthday cap.

Yesterday I have compiled GZDoom from Christoph Oelckers GitHub (Master branch, because its most recently updated) and it claims to be g2.0.03, even though the latest dev build is g2.1.pre-587 and latest commitment to source is at Jan 24, 2015 by Christoph himself. Do they have different GitHub for dev builds or something? I've also got some pretty important gameplay changes coming in the near future: *POW for subweapons will be taken if you get melee'd or shot with wyvern flames, homing revenant boners, Mage Gunner charge shots/missiles, and other future monsters with powerful projectiles *Item crashes will consume a new resource, and this resource's max limit can be raised from backpacks. Shield dashing will still use arcane energy because you gotta go fast. *The powered sword attack is going to get buffed slightly *Wimpy boomerang sword throws are probably going to be removed, super homing throws will become the new powered sword utility. *almost all usable sub items will be removed in favor of stage-long passive upgrades, except for the hammer, that's banging as shit and it'll become a special subweapon, the POW giver will remain too *Shining knight will become a usable sub item that replaces the BFG, will be changed to slowly drain arcane energy and will be cancelable in the future also I've been mulling over on what I want the pain elemental replacement to be, which lead me to a winged slime that flies around and drops little slimelets on you. When "killed" it loses the wings and chases after you, every time it flinches in the wingless state, it scatters more slimlings so weak rapid fire weaponry would be a bad idea. After a set time it'd either regrow its wings and full HP, or maybe split into two slimes with the new one having full HP.
