I kept rewatching both trailer and gameplay demonstration and always felt that something is missing. I finally realized, there's no Doomguy's face on the HUD. I'm genuinely disappointed by this. It could've been an ultimate fanservice too.
this is the new official title and artwork (and developers)
Ah yes, MooooM. The premier demonic cow-shooting simulator.
So I started play The Golden Souls, and holy shit this is really fun. I can't even say anything about it, I'm only on the third painting but I love it so much.
Holy shit, the plutonia experiment is hard. Every level is like a maze and there's so much crap coming at you at all times. I'm playing on hurt me plenty and it's still manging to tear me multiple new assholes.
try UV fast dario had a hard-on for revenants.
I always took DOOM as short for Demons On Our Moon. Simplistic and kind of dumb I know, but that is just what I thought it was short for.

I had an idea for a Doom sequel where Doomguy basically ruled Hell and the forces of the demonic invasion were forced to assimilate into Earth culture. Thinking back on it, I sort of Super Mario Bros.: The Movie'd that shit. Had ideas for a fat pinky demon mob boss in a suit and decked out in gold chains and everything. We'll see if idthesda's take on things is better.
I always found the map with the Archvile maze to be a real asshole Archviles resurrecting Archviles are a nightmare
but archviles can't be resurrected?
but archviles can't be resurrected?
Archviles can resurrect almost anything up to Spider Masterminds and Cyberdemons. They *might* not be able to resurrect arachnotrons or Barons (unsure about those) but I know they can resurrect Hell Knights and - worst of all - other Archviles. Edit: On a seperate note, despite having washed out color I really do like the Mancubus redesign. The Doom3 one was cool, but looked way too much like a Strogg rather then a 'next gen' mancubus Doom 3 was also the first Doom game I played, playing it religiously then jumping onto Doom 1/2 because I wanted to see what they were like. Not sure how I think about that...
No, i am pretty sure they really cant
They *might* not be able to resurrect arachnotrons or Barons (unsure about those) but I know they can resurrect Hell Knights and - worst of all - other Archviles.
When talking in a thread with people who snort powdered Doom, please make sure you know your facts:
However, Archviles cannot resurrect the Cyberdemon, Spider Mastermind, Lost Soul, Pain Elemental, or fellow Archviles.

It looks like conjoined twins with a dick gun built in. Dood might make a good coop game
And then the two demons in the corners are just like: "You guys seein' this shit?"
It looks to me as if the Doomguy ettin is about to bukakke that bound superhorned demon in the middle with his metallic cock.
I never understood why people say doom had confusing level design. Sure there are quite a few stinkers, but most are solid. E1 is the most solid set of levels and has clear and well designed maps. Stuff like this was is really useful for finding out where you are meant to go. [thumb]https://i.imgur.com/Bi9h28C.jpg[/thumb]
Fallout 4 managed to look incredibly colorful and visually varied while still looking like a post apocalyptic game. This on the other hand seems like they took the easy way around and basically used one color per level. It's boring and uninspired. I don't mind brown bases because the original game also had brown as fuck bases but at the very least make the enemies and doomguy more colorful than desaturated tones of brown and green. I mean fuck, at least make the hell sky red, that'd be more visually interesting. [editline]18th June 2015[/editline] The fact it's a reboot is also aggravating to me. Doom 3 was already a remake of Doom 1, so this would have been a lot more interesting if this was Doom 4, meaning we would have been able to skip the same fucking story we've been told twice already and go straight to the hell on earth part.
On the topic of cute Doom [thumb]http://www.previewsworld.com/catalogimages/STK_IMAGES/STK640001-660000/STK641928.jpg[/thumb]
Is this a new version ? I remember people buying them and saying they were pretty poorly done. There's also one in The Old Blood [t]http://images.akamai.steamusercontent.com/ugc/25115303603366332/06ED8B3F67EF94B762154E91792E0F889358EB51/[/t]

There are some mazey levels, or unclear locations, but Episode 1 is pretty good about leading you towards the next switch or keycard, usually. Episode 2 Map 2 is where it starts getting unclear and uncomfortable. Doom 2 is probably the bigger mess once you get to later maps, sometimes the solutions and routes are just completely and utterly unintuitive.
Are you kidding me e2m2 is one of my favorite levels
Are you kidding me e2m2 is one of my favorite levels
I don't really know why people enjoyed that map. It was pretty boring.

Sunlust's Chaingunner fetish is driving me up the walls, but I'm really enjoying the levels.
