If any of the hostage maps are remotely balanced, it would be office and italy. Both of those can go either way for either side, or can end up in a tie really easily.
And no, even though I'm sure its just a cheeky joke, it isn't just silvers that play competitive on office. Source:

Assault and Militia can go fuck themselves though. Militia isn't [b]as[/b] bad as Assault and is tolerable if you stay clear of the herds of AWPers, but Assault has the worst experience CT side I've ever seen. Wherever you enter, you're exposed to basically the entire T team. It's the only map I've seen a 5 man save on. Maybe if they raised the height of that warehouse door (the big metal one? Don't know the name for it.)
Not to mention the vent that was talked about a couple pages ago.
