A lot of the older map set items have a wear range of 0,06 to 0,80. Factory new is the range from 0,00 to 0,07. That makes them an incredibly rare drop and nearly impossible to get via trade up. You'll see a similar thing with other guns that have a wear range of 0,00 to 0,08. This makes minimal wear the rare condition to get, so you'll see weapons that cost more to get the minimal wear condition.
