Chroma (best knifes) and Phoenix cases (because awp asiiimov) Runner up would be Breakout because of Cyrekt M4

LEM (arguably even upper LE)+ matchmaking ranks are negligible untill you hit pro players due to the massive amount of ragehackers at upper levels, that and the fact that the skill difference actually isn't all that big (GE is still a fairly large skill group though, similar to DMG due to pro players being way above). You have better luck solo queueing than team queueing due to being able to luck out and get a spinbotter on your team.
It's a mess.

That's not really true. The difference between the top 4 ranks are pretty large in general. The average supreme would roll all over the average eagle master. There are of course outliers that are on the way to ranking up/down, have a single good game (or the higher rank having a bad game).
In global you encounter a ragehacker on average about 1/4 games, sometimes more sometimes less. In my experience there are also tons more ragehackers on the EUW and EUE servers compared to the North one. I played for a month from january-february and I only played against few (<5) obvious hackers.
You encounter significantly less ragehackers in supreme & eagle master and what you write about soloq vs team queue is not at all correct. If you want to rank up you should 5 man stack.
Got my first overwatch case since I deranked myself, and oh boy is it a doozy.
-The Suspect: wallhack & triggerbot, maybe silent aimbot
-Duck: wallhack, aimbot, & spinbot
-Lamb: Either using a spinbot, or the demo was glitching. You decide!
