Counter-Strike: Global Offensive v4 "Tec9 is a meme gun" - Games

Just finished a pre made game where our 5th was a Supreme / Global Elite on a smurf. He was just so blase about everything on TS, "2 guys watching long, wait here a sec", steps out with without armour and head shots the pair of them taking no damage at all, "long clear move up", takes an educated guess shot at boxes through smoke scoring a head shot while moving up to ramp, "site clear to plant", throws 2 grenades at short and kills the other 2. the rest of us never saw anyone alive that round and it was a common occurrence. I wasn't aware he was a GE till it came up on TS and he dialed it down a notch (still blitzed the enemy team round after round though) i just cannot understand how anyone of that level could find it fun against players that far below them. He was teaching us what to do and stuff while playing and he liked us working as a team to do stuff on our own but he was just so far ahead in everything that we rarely had to help him and he was taking down the team before we could try anything ourselves. It wasn't fun for us or him (i think) and i ranked to MG2 off the win, fuck i'm barely MG1 level as it was. Anyway, MM is bollocks because of stuff like that, but what else is new.

I havent bought anything in like 4+ months, but for the last 2 or so ive been getting 5+ a day, for some reason. never posted my steam on csgolounge or anything like that, so no clue. I actually had an incredibly elaborate and very creepy scam attempt done on me. This stereotypical over the top 'girl gamer' added me on Facebook, I'm impartial to girl gamer pussy so in a hormone fueled decision I accepted. Her Facebook consisted of a lots of selfies posing with gaming related items, and boys commenting memes and game references in an attempt to woo m'lady. She messaged me the day after claiming she played with me on CSGO a few days back and wanted to play some more. It was a reasonable offer and I accepted. I was SEM at the time and 'she' was GN1. 'She' never spoke on mic, but boy did 'she' try to make it obvious she was a girl in chat. "KittyGirl: Drop me AWP hehe :3". 'She' was pretty good, but a bit over whelming. After a game 'she' would message me for hours. I wasn't really interested in her, as I don't really treat girls online any differently to how I would treat a guy. Anyway we played a few games over two weeks or so before 'she' finally asked if she could 'borrow' my knife. I asked what for and 'she' said she was doing a skin showcase for YouTube. I asked to see her YouTube channel and 'she' said it wasn't up yet. I said no and 'she' was very polite, but then she asked again a few days later. I was suspicious but the needle hadn't yet dropped. I was laying in bed thinking about my knife, as you do, when it hit me. I opened my laptop and went on her Facebook, Tineye'd a few of her photos and found one that had been posted elsewhere under a different alias. I checked her Steam, her only non F2P game was CSGO and her Facebook mentioned numerous other games. The next day I didn't say anything to 'her'. I just removed her from Facebook and Steam and moved on. It was a pretty elaborate and lengthly scam attempt targeting horny virgins all for a pretty shit $80 knife.

It's a pretty successful method. Used to know a guy that'd fuck with his voice pitch and pretend to be a chick for free loot. Also have another friend on steam who's inventory's crowded with stuff horny teenagers gift her. Kind of makes me uncomfortable really. Have some self respect guys.

It's better to play for a relationship and try and get the sucker to gift items to you. Plus they overplayed it. They're just a bad con-artist. Someone posted a map that looked a lot like a map from Advanced Warfare on reddit no too long ago, it honestly looked really god-awful to play on, I think your choice of map was pretty good for a CS conversion.

anyone remember the name of this map? I think it was css but got remade in csgo had a sort of run-down industrial/warehouse theme, but in the midst of thick vegetation I think it was hostage rescue, and CT's start had a route that started by descending into a large sewer pipe feel like an idiot, I was thinking it used to be an official map but I can't find it anywhere

I keep trying to get rid of my shitty minimum value skins by throwing them on underdog games, 3 games later I just have more low value skins. These groundwater Tec-9's are going to be with me forever.

I'm afraid to play, because I know that if I lose the next match I'm going to de-rank back to Silver Master. Last game I had a guy who left for dinner after we lost the pistol round (and never came back) and a guy believing that "RUSH B" is a valid tactic round after round and that ecoing is for pussies.

I finished my placement matches and got into Gold Nova 2, but I can't help but feel like I played worse than that. Not sure how to feel about it, honestly.

They just feel nice to have to some people. The actual matchmaking component is hidden away which is what actually decides who you face.
