Is there any specific requirement for getting better ranks?... because from last 4 games I lost one and in all of them i had k/d around 2, and I got deranked... Could it be caused by the fact that I don't get much of MvPs?

It's based on rounds won and MVPs, IIRC so even if you lose, having something close to a comeback still helps, just a little bit.

Also assists for some reason contribute a LOT to your rank.

Yeah, but if you ban even one guy who actually didn't know, your system has failed. And imagine the customer support spam with both legitimate and liars reporting that they didn't know they were queuing with a hacker at all. It's not really a valid way to handle it.

Well, you really don't. The only way to tackle it in a fail-safe way is to get rid of the hackers so they can't queue with one at all. The whole situation is always going to be an uphill battle no matter what, and people will get shafted along the way.

A whole lobby of spinbotters goes head-to-head mid every round. "Oh, you guys too, huh?" "Yep, which provider do you use?" "Oh, you know, my mom doesn't let me spend a lot of money, so I'm using [REDACTED]" "Man, wow I'm surprised you haven't been VAC'd 10 times already using a cheat like that" :(
