If you're losing, try to get as many round wins as possible - even if a full comeback is unlikely, you might just save yourself a derank. If you're winning - close the game out as clean as possible. In your example, the fact that you made it to 16-7 means you lost less mmr than if you had surrendered (or just given up) and given them 16-2. Every single round matters, even if the game is inevitably lost.

Counter-Strike is, as many before me have said, a game where anything can happen. It's a new "game" every round, the only limiter on said games is your economy and even then it's only a slight disadvantage as long as you can afford a basic buy in some cases if you play it right.

You can have 160000 money, a full buy, a better position, and get the drop on someone, but this means nothing if he can click your head faster than he can click yours.

I join a FFA server and there is one guy testing his aimbot. He's just spinning like a beyblade headshotting everyone. ah?

Why are VAC banned people allowed to play competitive? Just played against an aimbot so i check his profile and it says he's VAC banned.

But on the positive side: - I managed to nicely command my team. - I had these good rounds too, where i managed to pick off a bigger amount of the enemy team. Things to improve: - Communication skills - Controlling my aggresiveness - Spray pattern. - Buying patterns. Is it that hard to judge yourself, blazingfly?

So I finally got out of silver hell like a week ago, and it only took me like ten matches to get all the way up to Nova Master. I guess it's because there's less smurfs or something? Either that or I've gotten substantially better overnight. I actually enjoy most of the games I play now, because the teams in general seem way more balanced and there's usually nobody who's noticeably much better or worse than everyone else.
