Everyone getting super excited about The Last Guardian, Fallout 4, shenmue 3, Kingdom Hearts 3 and here i am being the most excited about the new Hitman game. :v:
Trackmania is where the hype is at [sp] For me [/sp]
Trackmania is where the hype is at [sp] For me [/sp]
Oh yeah forgot about that one, especially since it is on console now so that means we finally have another decent splitscreen game. [editline]17th June 2015[/editline] Hopefully PC will also have splitscreen
i'm most hype about planet coaster
Everyone getting super excited about The Last Guardian, Fallout 4, shenmue 3, Kingdom Hearts 3 and here i am being the most excited about the new Hitman game. :v:
That's why I think this E3 was the best. Everyone has it's own games to be excited about.
I'm actually hoping Dean Hall can pull through with ION. I wasn't burned by DayZ so I suppose I'm a bit optimistic.

Planet coaster tycoon could be good, depends on how it's done. Time to rev up those hype engines, cause it's already better than RCT4
The planet coaster tycoon trailer looked pretty good, although it seems like a bit of a strange name.
I recall them a while back saying they haven't done anything on it because they don't have a big interest in making it.
No, what they said was not about Half life. It was about their classic games, such as Ricochet and Day of Defeat. Nothing about what Gabe said suggests they don't have an interest in Half Life, just their "super classic games" that they're unlikely to go back to. They've said several times why the next Half Life is taking so long, and their explanation wouldn't have made sense if they weren't working on it.
Competition is always good, especially in a dying genre as Rollercoaster park builders. So far we have RCTW, Planet Coaster and that complicated game on Early Access.
Bethesda conference > Sony > Square > Everything else
Bethesda conference > Sony > Square > Everything else
pc gamer's conference was comfy as hell
Poor nintendo.
Poor nintendo.
I was very disappointed with them. Although I have to say I loved seeing how they originally designed the levels in Mario games, that was really cool. Otherwise they really didn't do anything.
I honestly think they spent too much time on that segement, that and shilling Mario maker as if it was truly groundbreaking
Of course they're going to push their product in that manner. As for the graph paper segment, I still thought it was cool to see some of the backstory. I'd much rather see something like that instead of a drawn out segment with puppets.
The one thing that really blew it for me was that new Metroid and Animal Crossing.
That Animal Crossing announcement was such a cock-tease
Nintendo was pretty lack luster because everything is probably focused on their supposed new console
Nintendo's was kinda meh but atleast it was more entertaining to watch than most of the conferences
I found Nintendo's to be the least worthy of my time. Announce a game then spend 5 minutes talking about the developers' motivations for it. The only game the whole E3 I enjoyed that aspect of was Unravel. Bethesda was clearly the best, but I have to say I really enjoyed the PC one. Fucking Day9 could make anything entertaining
Bethesda conference > Sony > Square > Everything else
For me it was 1 - Sony (The last guardian, Uncharted) 2 - Ubisoft (Trackmania Turbo) 3 - PC Gaming (best host) 4 - Square (Nier, JC3) 5 - Bethesda (FO4) 6 - Nintendo (the Muppet thing, xenoblade) 7 - Microsoft (Hololens) 8 - EA (PELEEEE, Mirrors Edge)
I would not put Ubisoft's conference anywhere NEAR the top spot.
Is it fair if I say that this fits well with EA's conference?
I have no idea how you're putting MS at the bottom of your lists after they announced backwards compatibility, classic Rare titles, getting Fallout 4 modding first and showing off a ton of exclusive games when it's runner up showed multiplats and some *potential* console exclusives. Fanboyism aside this has been Microsoft's strongest showing in years.
I don't think MS's conference was bad at all I personally just think Bethesda and Sony didn't pull any punches and had really exceptionally good ones Square's was definitely last though. Didn't see Ubi or EA but didn't hear any amazing things out of them (some of the new Ubi games look pretty sweet though).
I would not put Ubisoft's conference anywhere NEAR the top spot.
Well I would because I'm a huge Trackmania fan.
