Also anything more than 100 in any skill is a waste. More than 500 is extremely counterproductive. And by the time you hit 3,000 skill points into a given skill you get stuff like this:

I have pet master at 5,000 and it took over 300 skill points just to raise the HP increase by 0.01%.
Adaptation costs tend to be broken badly at this level as well. Adapting lower leveled equipment costs hundreds of thousands of platinum coins while I can adapt any non-adapted level 100 item for either 0 platinums or, more likely, -2,000,000,000 platinum.

Max power level is 100 which is reached at level 1981. (With it being a full thousand levels between 99 and 100...) After that your power level stays at 100 no matter what. Above 1981 you get two skill points per level and nothing else.
