I see piracy as there are four types of people who do it
People who want to try the game because there is no demo
People who want to see if the game will run on their dating machine
People who can't afford the money at that moment but will buy it when they can, and want to play with their friends in the mean time
People who were never going to buy in the first place
A very small percentage of people who do it, that would buy the game if they couldn't do it, is small. I would say the negative effects are less than the positives, which is getting the hype machine rolling, getting word of mouth about it around. I would much rather hear what a friend has to say about a game than trust the store page of where ever it's being sold
But as for the fourth type. Shame on you. Shame. It's $20. You can spend 10 hours playing and not see a fraction of what the game, in just Alpha, has, and that's already more time than you can spend in a single player campaign of Call of Duty, and at a third of the price

Usually found in areas high in undead concentration. Mostly forests.

Caves. They spawn just like Iron deposites. Emerald nuggets glow a green color

Has anyone got this working on Linux? Last time I tried, Wine said stuff about XAudio2 not found while I had DirectX installed and everything. Maybe it's because I didn't have any audio devices installed at the moment?

If by cold cubes you mean ice spirits or cold spirits, they are a rare drop from high level mobs. Be warned the power system for adding spirits to weapons seems to be a bit wonky, at least for me.
On another note if anyone ever sees Fer De lance on the cubefox server and wants a free pet talk to me, I have both food and animal a plenty.

Well I found this seed, decided to try it, turns out it's loaded with shit, so I took a screenshot of the map and circled the areas. Red is Iron and Gold, The green is an Emerald deposit, And the blue is a diamond deposit. You'll fill up on Iron before getting half of it, and at level 17 on Ranger, I was able to kill anything. Just outside the entrance to the Diamond cave there was a +4 undead that dropped a gold chest I can use eventually

Not everyone can afford video games, though this one is generally cheap. If people pirate it's their own business and they can if they want to.
