I just mean that once you gotten to paypal how does it matter if the site is down.

Paypal are relatively competent when it comes to consumers. It's the providers that need to be wary of it.

Paypal only handles the payment. Whatever site is using it still needs to receive and handle the payment confirmation coming from Paypal. It's a separate system though, the storefront being down shouldn't matter, I doubt Wollay is that incompetent :v:.

If the server goes down before the payment is processed, then the charge doesn't go through and nothing happens. There was a similar thing a few days ago when I attempted to use Paypal to buy HL2 when it was on sale. Something happened, and the charge didn't go through.

Yeah, the charge doesn't actually happen yet on the Paypal verification page. After the buyer has approved the payment the 3rd party service still has to execute the payment (in this case Picroma).
Implementing Paypal on your website is actually quite simple with the [URL="https://developer.paypal.com/webapps/developer/docs/api/#payments"]RESTful api[/URL] they have.

Can you only add certain spirits to certain objects? Because I've never been able to add any to anything but my buddy usually can with almost any piece...

Doesn't help that spirits are so inconsistent right now. On my ranger I have like 20 spirits (ranging anywhere from +26 to +100) and the only ones that I can even use on my weapons currently are the +100 ones and those are the ones that are broken and show up as +-4 in the editor. (Which according to someone earlier when I posted the screenshot of them, using those ones will break your game so I'm iffy on even trying them.)
So I'm having a problem with this game. In singleplayer, the game runs pretty normal, but in multiplayer, it takes FOREVER for the map to load, there's a fog that almost always stays really close, and I get the "Please wait.." screen if I walk into the fog. If I sit in the same spot for a few minutes, the map loads around me just fine, but if I begin to move again it takes forever to load again. I tried [url=http://cubeworldforum.org/topic/7622-possible-fixsolution-for-the-please-waitblue-fog-bug/]this fix[/url], which fixed it, but also made the game run like complete ass. Any help?

A lot of people in this thread have had that attitude since the game released. Then a lot of those people also seemed to have little issue getting it themselves so it seems more like they completely don't understand why someone would be frustrated being unable to get a released game they've been looking forward to.

I don't think it's being "entitled" at all. Especially at this point, wollay has COUNTLESS options to sell the game more efficiently. For the first few days maybe not, but at this point I think the criticism about the shop is earned.
