Back to the topic of my last post about armor appearances: It seems that armor does change color and also has different looks and etc. This includes amulets and possibly other accessories.

I acually think he's losing a few thousand impulse buys by having his shop being down, he should have just used amazon cloud for the inital release atleast they scale dynamically.

The problem is that you can't amazon cloud it with the expectation of low release counts. From what I heard, at least initially, he had some bugs in the server itself that were preventing purchase issues. Those could still be happening.

Yes you can, amazon cloud is usage based, so you buy 1 server and then it scales which you have to pay more for and not even at a premium. It's acually so well priced that i myself has thought about running servers on amazon cloud then on my own line for personal stuff.

You still have to have designed your architecture to support it. Adding more servers will not magically solve the problem. Sure, you can scale more instances (as I have done numerous times), but that won't exactly solve the problem if you only have a single database server with no sharding system or replication.

I only use the steam wallet. I get tf2 keys all the time, and using the Steam market I can easily get you whatever game.
