I had a shitty laptop that constantly blue-screened (this was back in 2005). We'd be doing a quest in WoW, then I blue-screen. The first few times, they'd wait for me to restart, but then after the fifth time, they just carried on without me lol. I'd bluescreen every fucking ten minutes, no joke or exaggeration.
Plus I'd only visit them a couple times a week.
