I'm not even sure how you're meant to apply dodging to combat, seeing as you'll get hit by the time you swing anyways? If I dodge during an enemy attack, I end up swinging too slow and getting hitting anyway. Seems redundant.
Ranger has insane mobility. Just use the retreat skill and keep jumping.
Gonna ask again, is there a way to make a melee char only use 1 weapon (not two-handed)? A guardian with a sword and shield will attack with the shield anyway, despite the sword doing twice the damage.

What's the problem? Crossbow charge shot can be spammed like hell, but the damage depends on how much mana you charge it with.

Yeah, if I see a Rockling, Ogre or Skull Bull, I have to kite them back to my city where the "Trainer" NPCs that don't do anything dispatch them... after they annihilate most of the townspeople.
Being a solo Water Mage may have been a mistake, especially as my cat Tibbles is only useful as a distraction. I went to a quest area where the enemies were NPCs (Goblins) of my level, and the boss was a boss Goblin of my level, and I couldn't even harm him.

Fight stronger mobs, and find some dungeons. Be careful though because they can be pretty unforgiving.

find snout beetles and whack them while strafing and you get around 12 exp per one while you take no damage if you're good at strafing
also soloed an ogre without problems, rangers are really op
only thing that fucks me up are those goddamn mages with their stupid undodgable spells
Well, I just wrote a script to send a request to make a new account ever 100 milliseconds and just got an account after 20 minutes :v:

Just heard of this game recently, currently watching someone stream it. It looks pretty awesome actually, i didn't know what to expect really but its pretty impressive. Gonna have to give it a try

i bought the blue named lantern and it radiates a lot so i can see :)
also i dont need light for enemies i have hp bars enabled so i know where they are
