You have to forward Port 12345 if you haven't already. Check using this website [url]canyouseeme.org[/url] You have to open the server app which you can find in the same folder as the game .exe file.

Game is 20$ to purchase and has full multiplayer support.

Hit level 4 as a rogue and I'm pretty good at slaughtering all your typical enemies, but damn, missions are still impossible for me.
I beat the shit out of a blue boss until I was close to dead and didn't even make a dent in his health bar.
I also did a catacomb and it was the same. Little enemies were easy and then the boss was just a god.

I wrote that because I only knew how to customize stuff as Warrior, I have no idea how it works for other classes.

It will only deploy usually when you are grounded first; it kind of works when you jump though, but not falling from a high area. It's strange to me.
That or you need the skill, like people posted below.

Make sure it's actually equiped, not in inventory.

Not really; if you keep leveling up the skill, the faster you can go in it and same for animal riding. My horse(dog) runs so fast.
just played a shitload with some friends, man this game is really fun
it's unforgiving, but the price of dying is minimal, so that makes up for it
